Along with the Generations toys there was a TON of merchandise for the upcoming Transformers movie: Age of Extinction. And yes, there were a LOT of dinobots.
Lets go through them with the help of the official near-unreadable Hasbro Press Kit:
CHOMP AND STOMP GRIMLOCK
TRANSFORMERS adventures just got a whole lot bigger with the CHOMP AND STOMP GRIMLOCK Action Figure! The CHOMP AND STOMP GRIMLOCK figure can convert to dino-mode mode – with a chomping jaw and light-up eyes – in one easy step! Plus, the included non-converting OPTIMUS PRIME figure can ride GRIMLOCK into battle and unlock electronic lights, sounds and pop-out weapons! Kids can also use GRIMLOCK with any TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION ROBOTS IN DISGUISE ONE-STEP CHANGERS figure or TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION POWER BATTLERS figure, sold separately—GRIMLOCK has different lights and sounds depending on whether he’s riding into battle with an AUTOBOT or a DECEPTICON. Figure comes with a non-converting Optimus Prime robot figure. Requires two AAA batteries (demo batteries included).
There was a redeeming cab-over style Optimus Prime which was rad.
The movie's big bad guy (I think) Galvatron
Come to think of it, there was a lot of dinobots in different scales and sizes.
Please enjoy this assortment of highly photoshopped press images.

6 comments postedHere's a bit of trivia we learned in the movie presentation:
- Hound was designed by a guy from the GI Joe team, so there's lots of weapons.
- The giant Grimlock has a ride-on Optimus prime, and he makes a sound when connected. If someone else tries to ride him, he gets a different sound.
...but I hope this movie dies a pre-mature death, so someone with a sense of direction can remake the transformers the way Marvel remade superhero movies. I refuse to watch this movie even if friends say oh theres nothing better in theatres this weekend, I will not give Michael "Hack" Bay anymore of my money .... he can go on a hack on his next franchise the Ninja Turtles (from outta space). I mean the public now has a bar of quality to which it can compare to with Marvel movies, so why settle for utter sh*t that belongs in the 90s...
This moron should disappear like Joel "Batman Nipple" Schumacher.... I like Michael Bay as much as Adam likes his Matty Collector Voltron
Wah wah wah and wah.
Enjoy the toys.
... buy the whole line, theres no accounting for taste ...I'll stick with the Masterpiece line.
WOW! Holy fossils, the new Dinobots look great! Even with the Super Sentai-esque colors. So, the grey truck really is Galvatron, not Motormaster or Nemesis Prime? And lol, can't believe they included Drift in the new film. That should get some interesting fan reactions.
Dark of the Moon had The Wreckers based on the popularity of TF Prime's team and IDW's Last Stand of the Wreckers book, not to mention name dropping their ship "the Xanthium."
I think the Drift inclusion is just another in the long term plans of solidifying that character into the overall mythos of the franchise.
Seeing how he's molded after Japanese armor, I hope we don't see the film get into trouble for more 'racially insensitive characters.'
