Robotech is a disaster. It feels like being a fan means waiting for some stubborn wierdo to die. There are better hobbies in every direction.
Rahxephon does fall apart at the end of the series.
However, if you watch nothing else, you should watch episode 19.
I absolutely disagree with you guys on your views on college collections. I'm still in college, and I live on campus in their apartment complex. All of my toys are neatly arranged on shelves in my room to complement the video games on my shelf.
Also, I get all the ladies.
They get bonus points if they recognize any of the Chogokins.
College age for me was early 90s. At that time there where four comic shops every 2 feet (That imploded of course). And girls where wearing the alien workshop shirts with anime and 80s toys silk screened on them. No issues to report as far as toys cramping my style. Thinking back, the flyers for all the shows or parties had gundam, comicbook, anime,or Lego figures on them. You guys must be from grumpy town. Also be in a band or even better know how to dance, these two things seem to hit home with the priorities of a 20 yr old girl.
Love seeing your art, Josh. Really cool stuff. I had no idea you did comics and art cards. Can't wait to see what you do for the fundraiser images.
Star Wars kids question:
I showed my older son empire when he was 3 or 4. I do think you should fastforward the arm cutoff scene in the snow cave and luke getting his hand chopped. But Josh is right, AT-ATs are too cool to wait on.
And don't ever show them episodes 1-3. That's something no one should do to any child. Wait for the new movies that are coming.
