I didn't care for the ending of Gaogaigar oddly enough. The OVAs too were't as cool as the series was.

Now Granzort (minus the OVAs) has an EPIC ending.

For something recent, Madoka Magica's ending is quite epic too.

Funny that you brought up about stuff that you wanted but missed out and is hard to get. I so wanted to get the Armor Plus Tekkaman Blade but it came out at a time I couldn't get it and now its gone BUT I'm glad kinda I didn't because the Tekkaman Blade and Evil are coming and preordered both those.

I recently got back into the Metal Hero stuff and I wanted to get the rest of the Souchaku Henshin ones (I already have Gavan when it came out). A few weeks ago, HLJ got in stock the Sharivan one and it was on sale. S

I respect anyone who can hold a serious grudge but both Sky High and Rock Bison are available and in stock at Big Bad Toy store riight now! No, I do not work for them. A wild tiger is also in stock. Remember the love my brother! They all have the corporate labels and they have awesome play value. The show rules! c' mon!

With the stuff CM's seemed to pull out of, I was talking with Renato and he heard the guy at CM's pushing for those releases left the company for some reason. However he also heard they may be back on track to getting made.

When Yamato feels like returning his emails (dohoho~) he's said the whole license approval process from companies like Big West is a pretty long one. Like those extra VF-19 variants such as the VF-19P they showed off as resin prototypes have yet to be approved as of this post. Even though Yamato is ready to start making stuff as has 90% of the toy complete (cuz it's all Valkyrie variants), the licensor has to approve the product.

It's probably a good idea to not assume that a prototype means the thing is a definite product.

I doubt you'll get too much hate these days, Atom. Evangelion is not all that well thought of by many anymore, because of what you mentioned. I liked both endings, especially End of Evangelion, but I also see how someone might find both unfufilling. As far as anime endings in general go, I really liked Zeta Gundam's ending(the original, not the redone ending for the movie compilation 20 years later), but I do admit, Macross Do You Remember Love had a top notch ending. My least favorite ending would be probably that to Gundam 0083. Characters completely forget major events that have happened to them, and a last minute revelation the writers obviously created on the spot creates a major plot hole in the first episode. I also hear School Days' ending is atrocious, but I honestly have no interest in seeing a show where the main character cheats on every girlfriend he makes and then ends up brutally murdered.

Interesting you mentioned toys you wanted but couldn't get, up until recently I could not afford the 1/3000 SDF-1, but I recently found and bought the model kit version of it, which was about half the price. I guess also would really like the Max Gokin Big O, but there is no way I'm going to shell out $500 for any toy.

Ha. I'd totally review the Tiger&Bunny Figuarts! Just as soon as they stop being sold out everywhere... >.>

On a side note, if anyone hasn't seen the show yet, you owe it to yourself to watch it. It made me SO happy.

Hey Adam, I feel your pain and anger with the tiger figure. I actually had a toy break on me and replaced it only for it to break again. Still i loved this toy so much that even when an improved model came out (with less die cast) i still hunted down and bought the original for a 3rd time, just decided to leave it in a secure place. The problem was that it would fall off my shelf every once in a while and the waste would break off.

Ironically, the toy I'm referring to The soul of Chogokin GX-14 AKA Evangelion Unit 01. To be honest i eventually bought the Spec model that was reviewed on CDX by EVA_Unit_4A and deemed highly recommended. I still haven't taken it out of the box yet simply because i can't stand the thought of replacing my GX-14. However, in the event that my GX-14 does go berserk and falls off the shelf, I'll be forced to open the spec model (despite it being out of scale with the rest of my SOC EVAs).
