CollectionDX Episode 22 - NYTF 2012 Part 1

Thanks so much for giving us a ring side seat to the Toy Fair. I agree with you about the Transformers line being a lackluster, with the exception of 2 figures from the new videogame, Shockwave and Jazz. There's been a lot of talk about them and i have to say that Shockwave has especially caught my eye and will be on my list.

Also, as much as i love Voltron, i think im at a point in my life where combiners just don't do it for me as much as the complete Voltron figure. The blazing Sword Adam reviewed last year was the one for me. I did have the die cast combiner lions when i was a kid but have no idea where it is right now and cant imagine spending that much money on something that can only stand straight when combined. the blazing sword Voltron on the other hand has some amazing poses as adam showed off in his review. So personally, i agree with you 100%, had this new mold had more details, some die-cast and perhaps some joints to make a lot more posses than just standing straight then i absolutely would have been all for it. Finally, the Mattel rep IS INDEED a douch bag for that lame answer he gave you.
